I have just aquired a Mk3 trooper. On each of the doors there is an external trim which effectivley fixes to the door horizontaly at the bottom of the window glass.
On mine this is more than a tad rotten/rust bubbles beneath the paint.

Anyone know where to source new ones? Will Mk3 monterey / bighorn ones fit.

I would be keen on finding some chrome ones if anyone can help

It's a common problem with the metal rusting inside the rubber , and unless your realy lucky with a breakers , it's the dealers , I'm afraid . I think the rubber ones are about £30 each , but sit down before you price the chrome ones , is your's swb or lwb
