will a shogun 2.5 turbo engine fit in a trooper & are any mods needed

hi weecooper, if you have got the shogun gearbox as well this will make the transplant a whole lot easier. in theory all you should have to do is alter engine mounts/gearbox mounts, u might have to have the prop and exhaust altered, there may be pipes and wires to reroute but apart from that it should be pretty straight forward. Confused

any engine can be fitted into any vehicle points against fitting 2.5 shogun into an isuzutrooper
1 less power
2 engine won`t marry with the g/box
3 if you use the shogunbox the prop comes out on the wrong side to meet up with the f/axle
4 to much time and money
5 its always easier to replace like for like
