Thought I had the signs of a blown head gasket on my 3.0 x reg trooper. Water system is getting pressurised and blowing water in to header tank, it's not losing water from any leaks, just out the header tank. Got a new thermostat and radiator and situation is better, however went 100 miles non stop on motorway and it started overheating due to water loss out header tank, system Defo gettin pressurised. I had a sniff test done and it was 100% clean for exhaust gases?  Is there anyway "clean" air can get in to the system and cause these symptoms?  Any help much appreciated. Regards Gordon.
