I have washed both the inner and the external part of the radiator ,the problem still persist, i went further to change the gasket of the engine the problem still occur. My mechanic said the water pump is ok. No thermostat was found. What should i do.t

Could be a blocked radiator, the automatic trooper radiators have a tough job keeping the autobox fluid cool and the engine/turbo cool. Mine used to overheat on the slightest hill, the core was blocked!

Remember to flush through the block, there's also a drain screw on the block you'll find alot of crud coming out of there too!
