Its closed until 1/8/12 due to a collapsed culvert caused by recent heavy rain

Apparently there is a 4x4 club offering free camping and BBQ in return for helping with repairs 
Dunno the details yet

Just a note to anyone reading this
ALWAYS check the status of a lane before driving it as it can change in a heartbeat.
It does look at the moment though Dave that you will get to drive it
