|
|
Not sure what it is, but i sometimes get a squeek coming from the engine compartment. sounds like a faint SSSSSSS sound. (does get louder at times)
My truck is a 2006, and saw on the V.O.S.A. website there was a recall for the brake master cylinder may fail on Isuzu Rodeos launch date 31/10/2007 Recall code - R/2007/190. Could this be similar at all?
I did take it to my local Isuzu dealership and they did a very good and very thourough test drive and sods law took over and was perfect! Making me look a like twit!
Any help please?

Doesnt sound like the fan belt. I reall can't put my finger on what the sound sounds like. does it on turnin alot, sometimes full lock, sometimes not.
ISUZU mechanics cudn;t find fault anywhere, so Im none the wiser, but does get irritating when it happens! _________________ Isuzu Rodeo 3.0 Denver Max 2006 <-----"Suzie" |

Power steering pump maybe? I'd check the fluid level as they can get noisy due to cavitation when the fluid is low. _________________ Phil

Rubber washers on the sump guards...
Sounds daft but I had the same noise, I thought my turbo was on its way out - _________________ Isuzu Rodeo Denver Max LE | 265/65R18 BF Goodrich AT LTM No.60

(Seems on for one journey, off the next "Fully Working") The truck went out of Warrante 4 monts ago. but sounds crazy such a big off-roader meant to be rugged and such a weird failure! sorry all, any help? _________________ Isuzu Rodeo 3.0 Denver Max 2006 <-----"Suzie" |
